We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, alarm codes, or identity documents through these website forms.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to your request, evaluate and prepare requested real estate services, communicate about next steps, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal or brokerage obligations.
How it may be shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with Dalton Wade, technology and transaction providers, the MLS, closing or transaction participants, or other parties when needed to provide a service you request, when you approve the sharing, or when required by law.
Service providers
The website uses Netlify for hosting and form processing, Zoho for business email, Zoho Bookings for appointment scheduling, Google Calendar for availability and appointment synchronization, Dotloop for transaction documents, and ShowingTime for showing coordination. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No internet system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, brokerage requirements, dispute prevention, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information that is not required to be retained by contacting support@controlmylisting.com. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.
