Professional photography can make a real difference in how many people come to see your home. That is why we are happy to provide a closing credit of up to $250 when your property successfully closes through the service.
You choose and pay the photographer directly. A paid receipt is required for the eligible credit, which is applied at closing.
No credit is issued if the listing is cancelled, withdrawn, expires, or does not close. The credit is subject to the executed agreement and closing statement.
