Review and sign the standard listing agreement and required documents. Your signature gives us approval to list the property on the MLS and thousands of other websites.

Review offers.
We can explain price, financing, deadlines, requested seller payments, and other terms. You choose how to respond.

Move toward closing.
After you accept an offer, contract dates and next steps are shared with you. You remain responsible for completing the seller’s obligations on time, and questions about the process can be addressed as the transaction moves toward closing. The listing commission is collected only after a successful closing.
