The cost to the seller for our listing services is a 1% listing-side commission, with a $1,000 minimum, collected only at closing. There is no upfront listing fee and no hidden fee from us.
Your information is handled carefully.
We use it to respond to your request and prepare your real estate service. We do not sell it. Information is shared only with your approval, as needed to provide the requested service, or as required by law.
